Shipping & Return Policies for Amazon & eBay Purchases

Shipping & Return polices for Amazon and eBay purchases are according to the policies on those sites and listings.  Customer service for Amazon purchases is handled by Amazon Customer Service.

Shipping Policy for Instagram Purchases

Shipping charges are prepaid with your order.  Actual shipping charges are charged for all orders.  Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment.

Overnight or two-day shipping is subject to additional charges.  Please contact customer service if you need expedited shipping.

Returns for Instagram Purchases

Returns for items not received or received damaged, the full amount will be credited, upon receipt of pictures from you showing the damage.  I will need those to file a claim with the shipper. All other requests for returns will be handled on a case by case basis.

To request your return, please email orders.DDDdeals@gmail.com with “Return Request” in the subject line.  You should receive a reply within 24 hours.

Tracking Your Order

You should receive an email with the tracking number once the order is shipped.  If you do not receive the email, please email orders.DDDdeals@gmail.com with “Tracking Request” in the subject line.  You should receive a reply within 24 hours.

Coupon Codes

At this time coupon codes are only valid on Instagram purchases.  To get a coupon code, you must be a member of our email tribe.  To join the tribe, click HERE, complete the form and submit.
